What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free within Europe for orders over €69. Below this amount, shipping costs are €5.90.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before noon (Paris time) are shipped the same day (except in exceptional circumstances). Orders placed after noon are shipped the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is validated, followed by a second email with tracking information once it has been shipped.

Is delivery discreet?

Yes. All our packages are neutral, with no logo or mention of the product contents. The only visible element is the sender’s name: “PICKY,” to ensure shipment complies with shipping regulations. If you require special arrangements (e.g., a different recipient/sender name), please contact us via our contact form.

What are the regulations regarding your products?

All our products comply with European legislation. They contain less than 0.3% THC, as required by law. We offer only natural CBD products, free of any neo-cannabinoids (HHC, THCP, etc.). Each batch is tested and traced, with analyses available.
